Word play

Apparently you restructure and come up with a completely different structure – with no positions at your level.

And then you can say, quite legitimately – that your job is surplus to requirements – because we have completely wiped your job. You don’t exist. Despite having a constant demand & incredibly satisfied clients.

Word play. Getting the words right. Saving money.

Science – what’s that?

Makes it sound like I am bitter. I’m not – just shows though how easily and quickly your life can turn.

As Carl says – it’s all ok. His workplace has gone from somewhere that he loved working and he was proud to be involved in the science – to somewhere he doesn’t want to be anymore…
