These are the plates we use for pizza.
We all have our own. Picked up two plates at the NGV in Melbourne, but I can’t remember where I got the other two. All Jackie Shapiro for French Bull
Carl makes pizza on Saturday evenings – from scratch.
Two pizzas- one garlic, chilli and oil.
The other – well our current fave is: roasted capiscum, sundried tomatoes, garlic, a little passata, rosemary, basil. Mozzarella in chunks, hot salami cut thin and diagonal, crumbled fetta. After pizza is out of the oven, sprinkle a little rocket, drizzle olive oil and the zest of half a lemon.
Pizza dough is resting and capsicums are roasting as I type…yummo
